9th Grade: Thesis and Works Cited Page

On Kidblog, create a post that has your thesis statement and a works cited page. Title your post “Thesis and Works Cited Page.”

The format for a Works Cited Page entry is:

Author’s last name, first name. “Article Title.” Publication. Date Published. Date Accessed. .

Your Works Cited Page should have 6 entries. The 4 I gave you (listed below) and the 2 you found on Monday.

Here is how the first article should look (you can copy and paste this!)

Make sure all of your Work Cited Page entries look like the one above. Notice the following:

  • Proper nouns are capitalized
  • Article title goes in quotations
  • Publication is italicized
  • Alphabetize your articles by author’s last name

12th Grade Write an Outline:
